About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our commercial growth across Australia. This role will be critical in driving new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and positioning InterCentral Logistics as a leading supply chain solutions provider. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B logistics or supply chain sales, proven marketing campaign execution, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to clients across various sectors including FMCG, manufacturing, and e-commerce. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement national sales strategies to grow revenue across freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and transport services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries such as consumer electronics, renewables, and import/export trading. Manage and expand existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital channels, events, trade shows, and industry publications. Analyse market trends and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies and pricing models. Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and client onboarding. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, case studies, and sales enablement materials. Monitor and report on sales KPIs, pipeline performance, and ROI of marketing initiatives. Represent InterCentral Logistics at industry events and build strong professional networks. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior commercial staff or business development coordinators where applicable. Position Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B sales or marketing role, preferably in logistics, transport, or supply chain sectors. Proven ability to build client relationships, close deals, and exceed sales targets. Sound knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Commercially savvy with strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-focused environment. A results-driven and self-motivated mindset.
