Job Description We are looking for a Product Designer (Full Time) to join our Perth office! Position Overview The Product Designer role requires a seasoned and strategic thinker with 10 years of industry experience across multiple markets. The position demands deep expertise in UX/UI design, human-centred research, and the development of digital products tailored to a wide range of cultural and business contexts. The Product Designer is responsible for translating complex project requirements into elegant, accessible, and user-friendly digital solutions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to lead research workshops, define user journeys and information architecture, develop scalable design systems, and ensure all outputs meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and inclusive design. Experience designing for eLearning platforms or digital training environments is highly regarded and may be required, as the role occasionally supports internal learning systems and content delivery tools. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to improving the way users interact with technology. Key Responsibilities Leadership Provide strategic design direction across digital projects using 10 years of industry experience. Deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions that exceed client expectations. Build strong relationships with teams, clients, and stakeholders. Communicate design specifications clearly to developers and ensure high implementation standards. Review sprint outputs to confirm alignment with design goals. Operations Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions. Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible. Lead usability testing and implement feedback to improve UX. Maintain consistent design systems and documentation. Present design work clearly and incorporate stakeholder input. Align designs with business objectives and evolving requirements.
