Tasks and Duties: Deliver on Customer Service KPIs Ensure that customer satisfaction scores from the CSS and CX reports are consistently of the highest standard Support internal and external customer base to ensure high quality service delivery Helping support the achievement of the 2030 strategy Accurate data input and management of the CS lead process Deal directly with customers either by telephone, or electronically (Talkdesk, email or LiveChat) Provide pricing, ETA’s, delivery information and tracking of orders to customers. Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer database. Process orders, returns, quotes and other requests. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, finance, sales, marketing and service) Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processes. Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of the team, and the company, by sharing knowledge through collaboration. Undertaking any other tasks that may be required.
