The Role: Working within a small team, you will be assisting the customer service function of the business. This role is a fulltime position Tuesday to Saturday 9am -5:30pm Your main responsibilities will include: The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received Co-ordination of freight, deliveries and drivers for local runs Raising and reconciling freight bills Answer phone calls & email enquiries and directing them to the relevant person Supporting operations when needed Managing inbound and outbound mail Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Managing freight bookings and time slot requests Ad hoc administrative duties as directed About you: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in customer service as part of a busy fast paced team Intermediate to advanced excel skills Ability to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, great communication with the willingness to learn Superior planning and organisational skills Excellent time management skills A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer What’s on Offer: Career development opportunities in a growing organisation.
