Your new role Dealing with a range of customers, couriers, and key stakeholders, which combines some inbound and outbound calls as well as significant email communication. Provide regular informative updates for all open enquiries. Investigate issues and promptly escalate and collaborate with the Customer Service Management and Account Management team to proactively resolve freight issues. What you'll need to succeed Experience in freight & logistics is highly desirable. Previous customer service experience A bubbly and helpful personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong computer skills, including multiscreen navigation Ideally, you will have experience using Salesforce.
