Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the sales and marketing plan to boost the company’s product sales. Undertake market research and competitor analysis to guide product and marketing strategies. Produce compelling content, including website text, social media updates, and brochures, to highlight the company’s brand and offerings. Motivate and support the sales team to achieve their KPIs through effective leadership. Build and maintain relationships with key clients to secure and expand existing business. Formulate pricing and promotional strategies. Establish and implement systems to monitor whether the team is delivering the required service, products, and pricing to meet and exceed customer expectations. Track and analyze marketing and sales data to assess performance and pinpoint areas for improvement. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to shape the company’s strategic direction. Qualification: A diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional marketing insights or outstanding promotional skills. Minimum of 8 years in sales and marketing leadership roles. Proven track record in managing key retail accounts and high-stakes client negotiations. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a history of driving, energizing, and mentoring sales teams.
