Calibre Connect is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Electrician to join their growing team of electrical professionals. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial environments Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and specifications Diagnose electrical faults and implement safe, efficient solutions Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and safety regulations Collaborate with team members and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise equipment failures Prepare reports and documentation related to work performed and materials used Support the implementation of energy-efficient technologies and electrical upgrades Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment in accordance with WHS practices About You Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed electrician Hold a valid Electrical Licence (NSW or equivalent) Strong technical knowledge of general electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Current driver’s licence and own tools (preferred) Job Type: Permanent / Full-time Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 per year
