Our client in Kenwick is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Kenwick on a permanent basis! With a committed team of approximately 20 staff, they're focused on quality, safety, and efficiency in every aspect of our operation. The Role We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support a high-performing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, safety, and productivity while actively engaging in warehouse activities, including operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as needed Ensure compliance with food/feed safety, quality standards, and site accreditations Maintain stock integrity using WMS (Warehouse Management System) Train and mentor staff to uphold high operational standards Collaborate with management to implement process improvements Monitor KPIs and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Requirements 1-2 year of warehouse supervisor experience Proven experience in warehousing, ideally in a food-related environment Valid forklift license with experience in Reach and Counterbalance operation Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance standards Quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes Experience with WMS and inventory management systems Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills If you're ready to take the next step in your career, APPLY NOW At HOBAN we encourage applications from people with disability, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people of all genders, LGBTI people, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
