The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled, educated, and experienced Administrator to join our well-established team based in Albany Creek. You will work closely with our project management team, tradies, suppliers, and clients, providing administrative support. While the company is based in Albany Creek, QLD, the company often takes on project work in rural areas, as well as in New South Whales. The role involves regular travel and may require extended stays at project sites. Key Responsibilities: Assist the preparation, management, and tracking of project schedules and timelines; Coordinate with suppliers, tradespeople, contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and site works; Maintain project documentation, including: change orders, contracts, daily site logs & reports, drawings & design plans, inspection reports, permits, project plans, safety plans and a wide range of other project related documents; Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes; Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards; Support the project team in any other administrative tasks as needed to ensure project success; Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration or a related field; Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a large corporation or government agency; Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft OneDrive); Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements, and conditional formatting to manipulate and analyse data effectively.
