Location: 69 Bowman Parade, Bardon QLD 4065 Reports to: Steven Mark Novello, Director HQ Address: 1/321 Kelvin Grove Rd, Kelvin Grove QLD 4059 Position: Retail Manager Key Responsibilities: Determine optimal product mix of specialty coffees, brewing equipment and merchandise Maintain appropriate stock levels through regular analysis of sales trends Establish and maintain high service standards for coffee retail operations Formulate and implement purchasing policies with suppliers Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our specialty coffee offerings Set competitive yet profitable pricing for all retail products Promote and advertise store goods and services through various channels Sell coffee products and equipment while advising customers on proper use Provide expert guidance on brewing techniques and coffee selection Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions Undertake budgeting and financial planning for the retail establishment Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations Control selection, training and supervision of retail staff Develop staff coffee knowledge and customer service skills Manage work schedules and performance evaluations Hours of Work: Full-time position (38 hours per week) Flexible scheduling including weekends as required Remuneration: 75,000−80,000 AUD per annum superannuation Performance bonuses available Staff coffee benefits and discounts Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 years’ experience in retail management Diploma/ Tertiary Qualification in Business or related field (preferred) Coffee industry experience or relevant certifications (advantageous) If you're an experienced retail professional with enthusiasm for specialty coffee, we invite you to apply.
