Job Description Providing strategic and operational HR advice to the business. Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives. Supporting the delivery of the HR strategy in alignment with business objectives. Delivering HR projects within agreed timelines and budgets. Implementing effective HR policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. Facilitating the resolution of complex employee relations issues. Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. The Successful Applicant A successful HRBP should have: A degree in Human Resources or a related field. Comprehensive knowledge of HR legislation and best practices. Proven experience in a HRBP role ideally within the public sector. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Strong project management capabilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
