As an experienced Programming and Commissioning Engineer with knowledge of audio-visual equipment, you’ll take on a senior role within our Engineering team and be that go-to person for your fellow colleagues and clients. You will ensure that client expectations and scope requirements are met with a high level of quality control across our project developments. You’ll be hands on and be the lead when dealing with our clients at their site. Key Responsibilities: Lead the commissioning of AV/UC spaces onsite and in workshop environments. Develop and maintain system documentation. Perform detailed QA checks, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success. Key Experience & Capabilities: Deep knowledge of AV systems and experience with GUI development. Solid understanding of serial comms, AV network integration, and control protocols. Relevant qualifications in Electronics, Engineering or Computer Science. NSW Driver’s License and willingness to travel to client sites. Ability to lead on-site engagements and communicate effectively with clients. Programming skills in C-like languages, Python, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, or React. CCNA certification. Candidates who have previous experience in a service/commissioning role, a knowledge of digital electronics, and qualifications in Engineering, Electronics and/or computer science will be held in high regard.
