M365 Engineer with active Baseline security clearance required to work on a FIXED term basis up to September. This role will require to you to work effectively in teams and independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:- Automate account creation lifecycle, enabling, and disabling using HR data from Aurion Automate M365 processes for provisioning and requesting software and licences Manage and maintain M365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams Implement and manage user accounts, permissions, and licences Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Devops and Microsoft Graph Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry best practices Collaborate with the cyber team to enhance security and application control measures Implement DevOps automation for continuous improvement of M365 solutions Essential Skills and Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 administration Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance features Experience with Active Directory and (Entra) Azure Active Directory Demonstrable hands-on experience with M365 automation and user account management Experience in application control within an M365 environment Proficiency in using Microsoft Graph for automation and integration tasks Experience with DevOps automation tools and practices Desirable Skills: Experience with Intune, application packaging, Microsoft Access Packages, and automated deployment Familiarity with ServiceNow for IT Service Management Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills This role is open to AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS with an active Baseline or above clearance.
