About the Role We seek a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Administration and Accounts All-Rounder to join our team in Lilydale. This versatile role is essential to supporting the daily operations of our dealership, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across administrative and accounts functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. Key Responsibilities General Administration : Manage correspondence, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks. Accounts Receivable : Assist with payment processing and banking, banking reconciliation and other finance-related tasks. Vehicle Administration : Process vehicle transfer documents, maintain stock control records, deal processing, floorplan payments, and reconciliation. Compliance : Ensure documentation aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining confidentiality. Office Coordination : Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace. Skills and Experience Proven experience in an administration and/or accounts role (automotive industry experience is preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both administrative and financial tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, VicRoads, and Era/EraPower dealership management software preferred Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
