Casual Mental Health & Disability Trainer | Lived Experience and Recovery Focus Up to $57.94 per hour (SCHADS Level 4B) Super salary packaging benefits Join a welcoming, inclusive team committed to people and lived experience About the Opportunity We're on the lookout for a Casual Trainer with Lived Experience and Recovery journey to deliver impactful training programs shaped by real-life experience. You’ll work closely with our Training and Development Manager and other subject matter experts to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences to Wellways staff and our integrated care partners. Sharing your personal lived experience and recovery story—where appropriate—will be a key part of enriching our training content and helping others on their journey Key Responsibilities: Facilitate lived experience-based training sessions across the organisation Complete post-training admin using our Learning Management System (Workday) Act as a Subject Matter Expert in lived experience, working with Learning Designers to refine and improve our training content If you’re passionate about using your story to empower others and want to play a part in delivering meaningful, recovery-oriented training, we encourage you to apply!
