About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. About the Role: The Education Administrative Support – Allied Health provides a broad range of administrative support, primarily to the Allied Health (AH) Education team to assist in the facilitation of student and staff education programs. This important role works closely with the Allied Health Education Lead to provide administrative support to facilitate the AH staff education calendar. The role will also work closely with the Allied Health Clinical School Coordinator to provide support across a wide range of administrative support of clinical placements occurring across Northern Health. The role will also provide administrational support to the Director Education, Allied Health and the wider education team to maintain operations and support the strategic direction of education and the wider AH team. To be successful in this role you will have: Certificate or Diploma in relevant area, or working towards, or equivalent work experience. Current National Police and Working with Children History Check. Several years of administrative and customer service work experience; Experience with student database systems such as Placeright; Hospital, education or research administrative work experience. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people; Demonstrated high level of proficiency with written and spoken English; Demonstrated excellence in customer service approach; Highly organised and flexible work ethic with attention to detail; Ability to prioritise and work with competing demands; Excellent interpersonal skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook; Positive, motivated and collaborative team player; Good persuasive skills are required to obtain cooperation in the achievement of objectives and the communication of information Next Steps . . .
