This group operates with a balanced focus on litigation and advisory matters—roughly a 50/50 split—giving you exposure to courtroom strategy as well as high-level legal advisory work, including briefing Counsel and supporting senior government decision-makers. Your New Role Your new role will see you at the forefront of administrative law, advising on and managing complex judicial review and merits review matters, statutory interpretation issues, and sensitive government litigation. Representing key government clients, you will be involved significant and high-profile matters with a diverse work mix - ranging from providing advice on health directives and mining leases, privacy and Right to Information matters, to supporting major regulatory and commercial decisions.
