The role: Reporting to the Managing Director, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, thriving in a fast-paced environment while working independently. Duties include: Daily bank reconciliation Invoicing customers utilising MYOB Placing orders with suppliers Maintaining stock control in MYOB and in-house software Supplying required figures and or reports to the company accountant when required Emailing statements to customers and following up on overdue accounts Answering the telephone, fielding enquiries / taking messages Keeping track of employee leave, superannuation and ATO payments Liaising with Floor Manager on incoming and outgoing items Chasing up orders from suppliers Organising international freight and local pick-up and delivery Maintaining a friendly rapport with customers Adhoc duties as required The person: Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to hit the ground running are essential. You thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour. Intermediate computer skills are required, and prior experience with MYOB will be highly regarded. Training will be provided on the new in-house software, Tall Emu. We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
