The Role: We are seeking a motivated Locomotive Driver Assistant to join our client's sugar cane harvest operation in Bundaberg, QLD. This hands-on role supports locomotive drivers during the transport of harvested cane and involves physical activity in outdoor conditions. The successful candidate will assist with bin couplings, track turnout switches, and other tasks to ensure the safe and efficient movement of cane bins throughout the shift.
