Developing, implementing, reviewing and making continuous improvements to the administrative systems and processes. Supporting the team with other administration and ad hoc duties as and when required to ensure optimal functioning of the site. Providing CRM support to team and generate reports as required. Skills in finance, budgeting, and database entry would be advantageous. Exceptional administration skills including phone and email. Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Previous experience working in finance and administration preferably within a community health setting. Tech Savvy: Ability to learn new IT systems quickly. Prior use of CRM’s and experience using Carelink is highly desirable.
