Facilities Administrator — Wahroonga, Ku-ring-gai Area

Are you experienced in facilities or asset management and ready to take the next step in your career? UPA (United Protestant Association of NSW Ltd) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Administrator to support the effective management of our diverse property portfolio, including aged care facilities and retirement villages across NSW. Reporting to the Asset Operations Manager, you will help ensure our facilities are safe, compliant, and cost-effective — supporting our mission to provide quality care with dignity, respect, and compassion. We offer A values-driven and inclusive workplace Flexible work hours between 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday Opportunities for growth and development The chance to truly make a difference Key Responsibilities Maintain and update asset registers and management plans Coordinate maintenance schedules, infrastructure upgrades, and minor capital works Ensure facilities meet all compliance, WHS and operational standards Assist with budgets, reporting, audits, and contractor management Support local operational teams across multiple sites Identify and drive continuous improvement across facilities management About You 5 years’ experience in facilities or asset management (2 years in multi-site operations) Knowledge of WHS and building regulations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset management systems Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel across NSW Desirable Relevant qualifications in Property/Facilities Management or a trade/technical field Experience in aged care, health, or community services Knowledge of capital works or refurbishment project coordination Other Requirements Candidates must have the right to work in Australia Appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks To learn more about UPA of NSW, visit our website: www.upa.org.au If you’re passionate about safety, operational excellence, and making a difference in aged care, we’d love to hear from you.
