About the Opportunity Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the workshop running smoothly by organising parts orders and maintaining records, to supporting compliance and service scheduling in NexGen. Answer workshop enquiries and redirect calls as needed, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups Raise and receipt purchase orders and ensure workshop invoices are processed weekly Maintain accurate stock and inventory records in NexGen, including reordering and stock control Assist in onboarding plant and supporting safety and compliance processes (e.g., Crane Safe certifications) Monitor and manage fuel levels, fuel fobs, and fleet cards to ensure assets are ready and cost-efficient Ensure asset data is up to date to support accurate maintenance scheduling Support the workshop team with tasks such as job cards, reports, and sourcing filters or parts About You Fleurieu Cranes is seeking an energetic and organised Workshop Administrator to support their workshop operations, coordinate inventory and purchasing, and be a key point of contact for workshop-related queries. You are someone who: Have proven experience in administration, inventory, or logistics Be highly organised, have a high attention to detail, and thrive working in a fast-paced environment Have the ability to quickly make decisions Have a team-focussed approach to work with a friendly and likable nature Be confident in using various computer systems and programs including intermediate skill level in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel) Sound knowledge of accounts receivable and payable Strong problem-solving skills Communicates clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders About Us Fleurieu Cranes is one of South Australia's leading Crane Hire companies with depots at Wingfield, Seaford, and Port Augusta.
