They advise, negotiate and advocate for their clients in regards to retail leasing. your role As Administration & Marketing Assistant , you will be responsible to delivering excellent administration, social and campaign marketing services to support a leading retail leasing team. About 70% of the role is administration and 30% is marketing. Some of your duties will include Complete all admin tasks for the retail leasing team and Director Manage and develop strategic property advertising campaigns i.e. designing and implementing copy writing, website, brochure, signage, project brand identification, online listing, stickers and liaising and reporting to all stakeholders including client, suppliers and internal agent on design and delivery. Manage and coordinate all the property advertising campaigns on a regular basis via updating copy writing, stickers, designs, photography and any new initiatives. Grow relevant social media presence. Create and implement regular social media initiatives via Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook and using Canva. This will include but not limited to direct posts, reels, highlights. The intention is for a sequenced and engaging social media plan to be put in place and executed. Maintain and update the company website. your advantage You will have worked in a Marketing or Advertising role in Real Estate or Property company previously and have been involved in campaigns and social media before.
