Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Crew Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in a fast-paced lunch-time food & beverage service environment. Location: The vibrant Melbourne Quarter precinct in Docklands. Hours of work are between 10-2pm Monday to Friday. Commencement date: End of June to mid-July 2025. Responsibilities: Providing food & drinks information to customers Taking customer orders in-person and online using our order management system Making drinks Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Gathering ordered items from the kitchen and ensuring accurate hand-over of orders Collaborating with the food preparation team to ensure smooth operation Practice a high level of cleanliness required in the food service industry and keeping stations clean at all times Ensure packaging are topped up during slow periods to avoid any stock outs Assisting with any associated tasks as needed Qualifications: Year-10 high school completion as a minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred Desirable qualities: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and considerate of others Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work well in a team environment Good ability to use kitchen equipment Ability to learn to use our ordering system (Lightspeed / Kounta) Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
