About the Job This role will consist of looking after two parts of our business. Cookie dough (for fundraising) and Holi Colour power (wholesale). Your role will be to successfully run and coordinate this on a day-to-day basis. There is onsite training however some experience will be needed for you to excel in this role. Coordinate frozen logistics. • Provide exceptional customer service to facilitate frozen cookie dough logistics nationally to schools, childcare centre, sporting clubs and charities (both B2B & B2C) as well as Holi colour powder wholesale order and deliveries. • Process orders and coordinate time sensitive frozen deliveries in accordance to chain of responsibility. • Maintain Billy G’s Stock-on-hand and liaise with Operations Manager. • Work with all transport options to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. • Ensure current methods are efficient and effective (i.e. no dead space on a pallet). • Maintain data integrity in all systems with accurate information. • Overall responsible for bookings through transport companies including online bookings and providing manifests to the Warehouse, interstate transport and couriers. • Monthly reporting to Operation’s Manager as per created templates. • Process orders and assist with quotes both online and over the phone for our Holi Colour Powder wholesale online store. • Invoice orders and follow up outstanding payments. • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff members with a warm and professional demeanour. • Answer and direct incoming calls to the office. • Provide general administrative support to the team. • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail. • Assist Senior Bookkeeper with account receivable invoicing through Xero and following up outstanding payments. • Assisting customers with Holi colour powder invoicing enquiries. • Assist customers with delivery issues and tracking. • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
