Instructional Designer - 12-Month Contract Location: North Ryde, Sydney Industry: ASX-Listed Private Sector Organisation Contract: 12 Months Fixed term contract | Immediate Start Join a major technology transformation program within a respected ASX-listed organisation as an Instructional Designer and play a critical role in supporting system end-users through a large-scale user interface upgrade. As part of the Change Management team, you'll design, develop, and coordinate self-service upskilling initiatives to ensure a seamless transition to new digital tools and processes. Reporting to the Change Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality learning outcomes that support essential business services and empower users to adopt change confidently. What You'll Do: Design and develop engaging learning programs that enhance digital skills and support user adoption. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-impact training materials. Use e-learning platforms and tools to build interactive, blended learning experiences. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance program quality. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and transformation readiness. What You'll Bring: Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in IT, Computer Science, Training Design, Business, or related fields. Experience supporting SaaS rollouts, UI overhauls, or enterprise system implementations. Demonstrated success in designing and coordinating training programs for software applications. Proficiency with tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, WalkMe, or similar. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs. Why Apply?
