About the Role: As Manager, Learning Design, you will lead a high-performing team, driving scalable and innovative practices aligned with Victoria University’s Block Model and digital learning strategy. Reporting to the Director, Digital Learning, you'll shape learning design frameworks, operational models, and project delivery across higher education and TAFE. Your role involves streamlining project intake, resource allocation, and delivery for high-quality learning design. You'll foster innovation while ensuring accessibility, quality, and best practices. Additionally, you'll collaborate with academic leaders and contribute to VU’s digital learning transformation. You'll also track key metrics, report outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. This is a full-time continuing position (36.75 hours per week) at HEP 9, Salary Range $128,446 – $133,636 per annum 17% employer superannuation.
