We are looking for support workers who have either lived experience, skills or hands on experience working in or with Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. The people we support have various intellectual, physical and high unusual behaviours. We currently have 3 casual vacancies on offer, our casual shifts are a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 10 hours with the opportunity to work across different facilities. Here at United Disability Care (UDC) we will support your personal development and provide training to maximise client outcomes and a quality service. Duties may include personal care, manual handling/hoisting, domestic duties, meal prep, medical assistance in an unplanned or emergency situation. Staff induction, ongoing service training and support will be provided.
