This role will focus on the following (but not limited too): Managing the collections process across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payment Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve queries quickly and effectively Investigating and resolving account issues with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Keeping detailed records of collection activities and customer communications Providing regular updates and reports on aged debt, escalations, and recovery progress Working collaboratively with project teams, finance, and operations to drive payment outcomes Maintaining compliance with internal credit policies and external standards You’ll bring to the role: Prior experience in collections or credit control Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise across multiple departments and client Strong attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally A self-starter attitude with a team-first mindset Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively while keeping calm under pressure What’s in it for you?
