Job Description Are you a budding visual storyteller eager to make your mark? Our Marketing team is looking for an intuitive and passionate Junior Graphic Designer, bringing at least a year of hands-on experience, to contribute meaningfully to our brand's narrative. Reporting to the Brand & Content Manager, you'll play a vital role in crafting engaging monthly campaigns for print and digital channels, as well as responding creatively to diverse briefs from our stores. This is an opportunity to hone your skills and see your designs connect with a wide audience. Key responsibilities include: Assist with creating and adapting monthly campaigns across catalogue, POS, social, eDM and web. Manage design tasks through Monday.com design register as they are briefed. Complete ad-hoc design requests from network of stores in a timely manner. Including but not limited to store signage updates and event asset requests. Coordinating print material for ad-hoc design requests. Loading assets to our in-store digital screens platform. Liaising with external stakeholders, publishers and agencies. Supporting the mid-weight designer on larger projects including retail media campaigns, brand collaborations. Ensure all design work is on-brand, consistent and accurate to briefs. Desired Skills and Experience The successful candidate will have: Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role Organised and able to maintain an email inbox Great time and project management skills Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop are essential). Skills using Premiere Pro and AfterEffects for video and animation will be highly regarded. Office 365 knowledge including daily use of Outlook, Office and Excel. Intuitive with new design tools and programs such as Canva and Figma. This is your opportunity to join an established team and work for an iconic Australian business.
