Customer Service Representative — Chadstone, Monash Area

Key responsibilities: Carry out the sales operations process from sales order to customer delivery to ensure 100% on time delivery and improve customer satisfaction. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders relating to any customer service tasks like order status, deliveries, product availability and product price etc. Facilitate process between the customer and DPSS to ensure all customer demands are fulfilled to satisfaction, monthly target/budget is achieved. Coordinate internal cross functions to support customer demand fluctuation. Use SAP and other operational systems to manage tasks and generate the required Sales orders, Delivery notes and Invoices. Liaise with our logistics & warehouse team to arrange order deliveries. Monthly sales waterfall maintenance and analysis for forecasting sales budget. Work with the quality team for customer warranty claims. Build and maintain excellent customer relationships. Demonstrate a customer excellence mindset. Supply invoices to customers in a timely manner, ensuring we are able to invoice on time and withing the billing period. Other tasks as assigned by manager. What we’re looking for: Bachelor degree preferred Fluent English with both spoken and written. Chinese is a plus. Strong ownership, self-motivated with good initiative. Superior communication skill and strong interpersonal skill. Excellent computer skills in MS Office and SAP systems. Prefer automotive or related industry.
