The key duties of the position include The Role The Web Administrator assists in the delivery of services and advice to internal stakeholders. They are the first point of contact for all web support requests to the Enterprise Web team and are responsible for managing the team mailbox. The Web Administrator is responsible for the publication and quality assurance of web content. They will use various publishing, media hosting, data analytics and compliance checking tools to ensure high-quality user experiences. The Web Administrator uses their strong communication skills and collaborative mindset to: Provide web best practice advice Establish and maintain professional relationships Provide exceptional customer service at all times Prioritise work to align to broader organisational objectives Contribute and assist in documenting standards and processes Assist with testing and verification activities. About our Team The Enterprise Web Directorate is in the Enterprise Transformation Branch in the Enterprise Transformation and Governance Division. Enterprise Web is a team of web experts, including designers and developers, content and audience engagement strategists, content publishers and data analysts. The team works collaboratively with a mindset of continuous improvement to optimise the user experience of Defence internal and public websites and supports efficient delivery of web communication.
