About the Role: You will be working closely with a young individual whose interests include Marvel , anime , and computer gaming . The role involves supporting the client at both their own home and family residence. Key duties include: Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care Supporting emotional wellbeing and promoting independence Implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP) and managing restrictive practices Mandatory Licenses : Certificate III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, or equivalent Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) Current First Aid and CPR certification Valid Australian Driver’s Licence Experience with PBSP and restrictive practices essential Roster – Fortnightly: Week 1 : Thursday 4pm - 10pm (active) then 10pm - 6am sleepover Saturday 2pm - 10pm (active) then 10pm - 6am sleepover Week 2 : Thursday 4pm - 10pm (active) then 10pm - 6am sleepover Saturday Sleepover 2pm - 10pm (active) then 10pm - 6am sleepover This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life while working in a stable, supportive environment.
