This busy down to earth Australian owned family business located in the Bankstown area is seeking an experienced, mature minded, trustworthy doer Being the face of the business the role includes but is not limited to:- Reception duties, answering phones, meet and greet and managing enquiries at the front desk. Assistance to management and other staff is required as needed, which may include tasks such as scheduling meetings or preparing documents. Data entry of invoices into Xero system Purchasing and receipting responsibilities involve procuring necessary supplies and ensuring accurate record-keeping of transactions. Data entry, filing, and archiving tasks to uphold organised record-keeping systems. Ensuring the reception and communal areas remain presentable involves tidying and maintaining cleanliness to create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike. The hours are from 8.30am to 4.30pm and you must be well presented and have strong, clear communication. You will be a fast learner, have the ability to take control, learn systems easily and be very organised. You must be an Australian resident for this role.
