Our client, a respected not-for-profit aged care provider based in Mandurah, is seeking a Rostering Administrator to join their dynamic Home and Community Services team. About the Role This permanent full-time role (76 hours per fortnight, Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm) is essential in coordinating care and support staff visits. You'll ensure efficient scheduling that supports both the care team and clients—helping to deliver high-quality, timely services across the Peel region. You’ll be responsible for: Managing daily rosters Coordinating care schedules in line with client needs Minimising travel time for staff Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance What’s in it for You?
