Our client is one of the leading Territory suppliers of equipment, tools and welding consumables to Industry, Engineering, Mining and remote locations across the Northern Territory. They are a dedicated team who specialise in specific fields to assist customers on a more technical level. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Storeperson to join our clients Darwin operation. This positon is suited to people who have warehousing and stores/pick packing experience. Tasks and Responsibilities: General warehousing/stores duties Operate forklift Process and pick/pack customer orders Maintain showroom Maintain stock Housekeeping Requirements and Attributes: LF licence (desirable) C class drivers licence Warehousing experience Welding/gas product knowledge (desirable) Strong communication skills - written and verbal Ability to problem solve Enthusiastic & a team player A reasonable level of fitness due to manual handling tasks This will be an ongoing position for the right candidate.
