We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Operator to join our client’s dynamic and fast-paced team in Henderson, WA. The position involves working in a busy warehouse and fabrication setting, often in proximity to moving vehicles and machinery. Applicants should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to seasonal weather conditions and a variety of surface types. As a Warehouse Operator, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to: Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock in line with purchase orders Pick, assemble, and package orders for dispatch Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Use inventory systems to manage stock and support warehouse operations Create skids and pallets according to packing requirements Assist customers entering the warehouse in a professional manner Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the workspace Participate in regular inventory counts and general team support Perform frequent physical tasks including walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 27kg Skills & Qualifications Australian C Class Driver’s Licence Construction Card Forklift Licence High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Working knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to read, write, and complete documentation clearly and accurately Familiarity with different materials and standard units of measure Capacity to identify when equipment requires maintenance or repair Team player with a can-do attitude and strong multi-tasking abilities Ready to Get Started?
