ABOUT THE POSITION As the Contracts Administrator , you will report directly to the Project Director, working collaboratively with both the site and project teams to deliver projects ranging from $2M to $15M across NSW. You will be involved from the design stages all the way through to completion, ensuring that projects meet the high standards expected by clients and stakeholders. DUTIES Manage contracts and variations Oversee procurement and programming Control project costs, budgeting, and forecasting Liaise with clients and manage project expectations Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary or trade qualifications in a building-related discipline are preferred Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Junior Project Manager working on commercial projects Strong track record of stability with previous employers Excellent communication and organisational skills CULTURE This company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment where employees are supported in their growth and development.
