ConsultANZ is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our client's team in Sydney. Our client has a proven history of delivering high-profile infrastructure projects for both major private companies and government entities. Their expertise spans across critical sectors, including tunneling, bridges, roads, slope stabilization, and more. Key Responsibilities: As part of a focused and results-driven team, your responsibilities will include: Managing relationships with subcontractors and overseeing contract performance. Reviewing, certifying, and processing payment claims and variations. Developing, evaluating, and negotiating contract changes, project schedules, and service agreements. Ensuring full compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure adherence to contract terms. Identifying and escalating potential risks or issues to senior management. Providing commercial support and reporting on contractual matters. Advising senior management on critical issues and assisting with the implementation of decisions. Offering support to the procurement manager as needed. Assessing subcontractor KPIs, reviewing reports, and preparing quarterly performance evaluations. Managing contract inquiries and resolving project-related disputes. Preparing and reviewing reports and submissions relating to company operations. What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. 2-4 years of experience in contract administration or a comparable role. Familiarity with administrative processes and contract management procedures. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Experience with Xero and Procore is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of contract analysis and risk management. Benefits: Competitive salary: $70k - $90k base super (negotiable based on experience). Permanent, full-time position offering job stability.
