Administration Support Full-time, permanent role Located in St Leonards, flexible working $75,000 super Role requirements Coordinate logistics for Board and Council meetings (RSVPs, catering, travel, accommodation) Assist with the preparation of Board Packs and reconciling expenses, provide back-up support for the Executive Assistant when on leave Support annual membership renewals and assist with committee meetings and minutes Maintain and update the member database, provide cover for the Membership Manager during periods of leave Manage general office duties including calls, mail, supplies, and kitchen provisioning Process merchandise orders and update the intranet Help coordinate staff meetings and internal events Previous skills and experience Proven previous experience in a similar administrative or support role Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Highly experienced using Microsoft Office, databases, and other digital tools Strong interpersonal and customer service skills A proactive, adaptable team player who can also work independently High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Experience in a member-based or health-related organisation is highly regarded Ability to work occasional work outside regular hours (evenings/weekends) may be required for meetings and events How to Apply If you are interested, please apply ASAP.
