In this role, you’ll support the Property Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across three campuses. You'll bring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving systems and processes. Responsibilities include liaising with contractors, managing outstanding maintenance tickets, handling high volumes of data entry, and assisting with facilities projects. This position offers flexibility, 30 hours per week, 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with hours that can be structured to suit your schedule. The role: Work closely with the Property Manager and wider team to deliver high-quality administrative support Stay on top of the ticketing system, managing overflow and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate trades, cleaners, and repairs Tackle ad hoc tasks like scanning, filing, and data entry—always with confidentiality in mind Support the Property Manager with the rollout of new systems and process improvements Assist in the administration of capex projects, keeping everything on track Help coordinate and attend key meetings as required Jump in to support the management team with any additional duties as needed The ideal candidate: Proven organisational skills and a strong administrative background Previous experience in a similar role—education sector experience is a bonus, but not essential Exposure to facilities management is advantageous, but not a must Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite Proactive, open-minded, and ready to roll up your sleeves Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to multitask and manage competing priorities with ease A valid Working with Children Check is required A Class C driver’s license is preferred but not essential What's in it for you?
