About the role: Our client is a shopping centre landlord based in Brisbane. All of their properties are managed inhouse by a team experienced in retail property and development. They are looking for an experienced Retail Lease Administrator to join their team and assist in the management of property portfolios, leases and tenant engagement. Duties: Assist with leasing proposals, Offers to Lease, submissions, leasing strategies, brochures and flyers, meeting minutes, lease administration reports, lease document monitoring and filing Develop and maintain database for existing and future leasing contacts Prepare Lease Approval Forms and supporting documentation for approval and subsequent follow up Ensure all required documentation under lease is provided prior to Lease Commencement Follow up compliance requirements and execution of lease documentation, bank guarantee, certificate of currency, security deposits, contributions invoices, assignments and tenant contacts The skills and experience required for this role: Prior experience in Retail Lease Administration is preferred, but not essential Ability to work collaboratively in a team General Knowledge of Retail Shop Leasing Act Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
