Our Client - Well Known in their chose field is looking for their next valued team Member. Being an integral member of the team - your responsibilities will be to provide Customer Sales Support as well as General Office Administration Duties DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS – CUSTOMERS Process Customer orders Follow through all blanket orders and consignment stock registers Maintain & build existing relationships with customers and 3PL warehouses with a proactive approach Organise deliveries, delivery dockets and carrier consignment notes and other documents as required with follow ups where required, including P.O.D’s DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION - WAREHOUSE Check correct stock has been picked before being loaded onto trucks Check correct stock quantities in 3rd party warehouses for customer contract requirements Assist with warehouse stock takes as required DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS – OFFICE To answer incoming phone calls and re-directing to relevant persons. To handle enquires where possible and/or to take messages and pass on to the correct person. General office duties To carry out instructions in a timely and efficient manner. Record and document procedures Other duties as required It is an expectation of the role that extra time may have to be worked to meet deadlines WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills Ability to multi-task Willingness to be flexible to a changing environment Proven, pro-active self starter 1-3 years Office Administration experience Possess a high level of numeracy and literacy skills. Exhibit excellent written communication skills.
