The Role Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and assistance with claims and policy details. Guide customers through the purchase process, offering tailored travel insurance solutions. Upsell and cross-sell additional products, ensuring customers are aware of all relevant options to suit their travel needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in CRM system. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Stay updated on the latest product offerings, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information. Adhere to company guidelines and compliance regulations. Hours: Monday to Saturday - between 9:00am to 5:00pm (with potential of extending hours) You Need Previous experience in customer service or sales Strong verbal and written communication skills. A positive, proactive and go-getter attitude. A willingness to learn and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment.
