We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Receptionist to join our Finance team in Sydney CBD office on a Permanent Full Time basis. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be providing timely and accurate administrative support to APA leaders and employees and provide end to end office reception duties. This role is a key administrative role with a whole site perspective. Work schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, 38 hours/week. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to employees, General Managers, and external stakeholders, including managing inductions, security cards, and onboarding tasks Oversee reception duties, meeting room bookings, and ensure meeting rooms are well-maintained and operational Organise meeting catering, assist with event management, and provide any additional support during administrative absences Manage building maintenance, cabcharge coordination, secure document destruction, and document archiving Handle purchasing, travel, accommodation bookings, and process monthly expenses. Perform the role of Safe Custody Officer and ensure efficient, confidential management of correspondence Your background Strong customer service orientation with a positive and professional attitude Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment operation Solid understanding of procurement processes, credit card usage, and basic accounting Knowledge of records management, including filing structures and archiving Proven ability to prioritise competing demands, exercise discretion, and work under pressure Self-motivated, with the capability to multi-task and work both autonomously and in a team Working at APA At APA we’re committed to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace where you can achieve your best.
