The Opportunity Join a well-established and highly skilled Maintenance and Production Team in a day shift role, where your contribution will directly impact production uptime, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on a wide range of electrical systems and equipment. Attend to electrical breakdowns and fault-finding in real time to minimise downtime. Take the lead on electrical upgrades, installations, and improvement projects. Contribute to achieving production goals by ensuring electrical reliability and fast response. Maintain compliance with all relevant electrical standards and safety regulations. Participate in daily planning meetings with Maintenance and Production teams to coordinate workload, resources, and plant availability. Attend toolbox talks, focusing on safety incidents, damage prevention, and improving Delivery in Full on Time (DIFOT) metrics. What We’re Looking For Open to an Industrial Electrician who has just completed their apprenticeship within heavy industrial A self-motivated, hands-on electrician who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing setting A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with a proven ability to see projects through from concept to completion.
