As our new Warehouse Coordinator, you will coordinate all warehouse operations (goods inwards), including the physical handling of all materials through the warehouse such as receipting, shipping, storage, distribution of goods in the facility, inventory, pickup, delivery services, daily cycle count, annual stock counting and reports. As required by business move to Goods out (customer order disptach as required). In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will: Maintain a safe working environment, including all related machinery and equipment Maintain quality service by following organization standards Physical handling of all materials through the warehouse and the inventory control of these goods. Loading and unloading of vehicles Receiving, verification, storing, packing and/or unpacking of both inventory and non-inventory goods and materials and ensuring all relevant internal parties are notified Movement of goods in the warehouse and throughout the building as required Accurate maintenance of inventory records and ongoing reconciliation to inventory amounts and locations, including annual and cyclic stock-takes Use the ERP and Logistics systems for managing all receipting and shipping Preparing and completing packing and related documentation of inventory and non-inventory orders for delivery or pickup Liaising with relevant parties to optimize the process flow (and related document flow) relating to inventory and non-inventory transactions Understanding the requirements of transport companies, and related shipping and handling legislations Daily cycle count and annual stock count Ensure the warehouse is organized, presentable and safe at all times Operate and maintain a forklift / dogging or VOC to operate crane as required Who You Are You readily take action on challenges, without unnecessary planning.
