Location: Sydney CBD and Inner West locations Salary Package: $70,000- $75,000 Superannuation Role Highlights: Deal with inbound/outbound calls from customers with general inquiries, administrative, office coordinating and data entry tasks. The Company: Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Administration Officer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth running of daily operations. Responsibilities may include: Overseeing daily office operations such as managing office supplies and equipment Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Maintain accurate client and document records Perform general administrative tasks and data entry Organise and update internal documentation and filing systems Build strong relationships with clients and internal team members Candidate Profile: Minimum 2-3 years administration/customer service experience Ability to work under pressure Good organisation, computer, and communication skills Strong administration skills Well presented Good time management skills Ability to work with a variety of people Desirable – Experience using programs such as Salesforce, Canva, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
