About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. About the Role: This role requires a commitment to high quality work and patient care, in a dynamic and growing department dealing with a complex caseload amongst multiple sites. There will be the opportunity to upskill as necessary to the right candidate. Grade and Level will be determined based on experience. To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelor of Applied Science Medical Radiations or equivalent recognised degree. Current registration with AHPRA. Hold a current radiation use licence with DoH Victoria. Relevant CT and/ or MRI experience essential. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities either individually or as part of a team. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels within internal and external stakeholders. Physical ability to perform all examinations and normal associated tasks (including manual handling skills and experience). Skills to act as an appropriate and effective role model and be involved in a work culture that reflect the organisational values through demonstrated professional behaviour and interactions with patients/clients and employees. Computer literacy, including RIS-PACS experience, use and understanding. Demonstrated attitude of an openness to learn, grow and change.
