Supporting a Senior Partner and assisting a team of Fee Earners within Corporate Law, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Manage incoming communications, including emails and voicemails, and draft replies as needed. Extensive diary and travel management, including arranging meeting rooms and coordinating travel. Monitor fee-earners' emails, handle client requests, and ensure efficient mail processing while maintaining confidentiality. Establish and maintain an effective filing system, produce and amend documents, and assist with marketing materials and client research. Coordinate events, manage team CVs, and provide cross-group and departmental support, including organising stationery for new starters and ensuring desks are cleared and clean. Handle expense claims, assist with performance reviews, manage leave bookings, and support annual processes such as renewing practising certificates and facilitating the month-end billing process. Do you have the following skillset? To excel in this role, you will bring over 3-5 years of experience as a Legal PA, showcasing your exceptional skills and expertise. You will be a confident and proactive individual, quick to learn and adapt, with outstanding attention to detail . Your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a calm and composed demeanour will set you apart.
